Co-Founder & Community Leader
Cole Butler, LPCC, ADDC, MACP
Cole is the Co-Founder & Community Leader of Integrative Care Collective. He works full-time at an Adolescent Residential Treatment Center called Embark Behavioral Health. He saw an opportunity to start a collective of therapists and other mental health providers through talking with therapists and seeing the need for community support. He received his Master’s Degree in Addiction Counseling in Psychology from Colorado State University with a 4.0/4.0 GPA. He has been trained in Ketamine and Psychedelic Medicine. Cole worked on cutting edge psychedelic clinical trials for several years. His work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal.
Co-Founder & Clinical Director
Shannon Darling, PMHNP-BC
Shannon is the Co-Founder & Clinical Director of Integrative Care Collective PBC. She works as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at her private practice, Wild Heart Integrative Health Services. She has been trained in Ketamine and Psychedelic Medicine, and she serves as a Medical Director on several Ketamine-Assisted Therapy Trainings with PRATI. She has training in Integrative Psychiatry from the Integrative Psychiatry Institute. As Clinical Director, she brings her wisdom of integrative and holistic treatments to the table to lead our weekly Case Consultation calls.
